"Sliced Figs", a Vertical Print (Choose Size for Pricing)
A tumble of halved figs are scattered across a field of pale pink.
The Gioia collection is inspired by the desire to incite joy in the viewer. The idea came from watching a TED talk by Ingrid Fetell Lee, who demonstrated that joy can be sparked using specific visual cues. I made these ninety abstract still lifes of flowers, fruits, and vegetables with the aim of using those same visual cues to create that beautiful sensation of joy, something we need more than ever as we learn to navigate the stressful new world order.
Sliced Figs is printed on beautiful archival paper printed with a fine art quality giclee printer. Included in the price are 2" of white margin and a layer of protective varnish, to keep your print looking vibrant and lovely for generations to come.
This piece is printed to order. Please allow two to three weeks for your piece to be printed and shipped.
